Order Cancellation Policy

• For Prepaid Orders:

  
  

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placement without any charges.

  • If an order is cancelled after 24 hours, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation charges will still apply, and the shipping cost may also be non-refundable.

    
    

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  
  

  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, the customer may be blocked from placing future COD orders.

  • Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to restrictions on placing future orders.
